28-year-old Man Dies After Crash In Oxford

A 28-year -old man has died in a crash in Oxford after a car left the road and collided with a bus shelter.

Officers want to trace anyone who saw what happened along Eynsham Road in Botley in the early hours of Saturday morning.

 At around 3.30am a white Suzuki Swift was travelling towards Eynsham when it left the road and collided with a bus shelter.

The driver of the Suzuki Swift, a 28-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Next of kin have been informed.

Investigating officer PC Duncan Vale of Roads Policing based at Bicester police station said: “This was a tragic incident in which a man has sadly died. We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the vehicle in the lead up to the collision, or the collision itself.
