Seven children, who were travelling in the Toyota, have all been taken to hospital.

The three other children and the adult driver of the Toyota have been taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

Police have closed the A41 stretch while officers carry out enquiries at the scene of the crash.

We're being told the closure is likely to be in place for a 'number of hours'.

Insp Daren Courtenay said:

“We are advising drivers to avoid the area for the time being while these road closures are in place as it will have a significant impact on your ability to commute around the area.

“Particularly HGVs, which will be unable to get through the diversionary route that has been put in place through the smaller village roads.

“We are also appealing for anyone who may have seen the collision to come forward and speak to us as soon as possible to provide us with information about this incident.”

Anyone with information about the crash is being urged to contact Thames Valley Police on 101.
