Banbury Officer Cleared Of Misconduct

A Thames Valley Police officer has been cleared of breaching the standards of professional behaviour.

PC Neil Budd from Banbury police station, was cleared of breaching the standards of professional behaviour in respect of discreditable conduct and honesty and integrity.

It follows an investigation into claims he changed an interview record of a road crash.

A panel concluded the case was not proven and PC Budd will now return to full duty.
