A man from Banbury's been killed in a crash in Bicester.
His car and a lorry collided early yesterday by the Rodney House Roundabout and he died this morning at the John Radcliffe.
Thames Valley Police have given us the full details, saying "shortly after 12.15am yesterday a silver Hyundai travelling on the A41 between the Rodney House roundabout and Oxford Road was involved in a collision with a white DAF lorry.
The sole occupant of the Hyundai, a man aged in his forties from Banbury, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital where he died today (3/6). His next of kin has been informed.
The lorry driver was uninjured."
Investigating officer PC Perry Knight, from the Joint Operations Unit for Roads Policing, says: “I would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or who saw the vehicles travelling prior to the collision.
“Anyone with any details which could assist enquiries should contact police.”
