Guilty Plea Over Bicester Sex Attacks

A 17-year-old from Bicester charged over seven linked sex attacks in the town has pleaded guilty.

The assaults happened in the Town Walk East area in September and October.

In each case the women were walking alone when they were touched inappropriately by a man on a bike, who then cycled off.

Thames Valley Police officers put on extra high-visibility patrols to reassure people.

The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons,  pleaded guilty at Oxford Youth Court on October 19. He's been given a 12 month Youth Referral Order.

He's also been ordered to pay £350 in compensation and £85 court costs.
