Chineham: Teenagers Charged Following Stabbing

Two teenagers have been charged in connection with a stabbing in Chineham, Basingstoke.

It comes after a 27-year-old man sustained stab wounds in St Joseph’s Crescent on Tuesday, October 15.

Ciaran Boyle, aged 19, of St Peter’s Road, South Ham, Basingstoke, has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

A 17-year-old boy from Basingstoke, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.

A 17-year-old girl and a 35-year-old man, both from Basingstoke, who were also arrested in connection with this incident have been released on bail until January 8, 2014, pending further enquiries.

A 19-year-old man from Basingstoke has also been arrested in connection with this incident and is currently in police custody.
