Reading FC's FA Cup Run is over.
The Royals battled bravely on throughout the match, but it looked like it wasn't going to be their night after Sanchez scored in the 39th minute.
But Reading weren't done yet, and Garath McCleary volleyed an equaliser shortly after the start of the second.
It went to nail-biting extra time, and Sanchez once again took Arsenal ahead, as the ball spilled through Reading keeper Adam Federici.
However, speaking after the match, Reading manager Steve Clarke said that Federici would possibly be their player of the season this year, and that "we win as a team, we lose as a team."
Speaking to Heart after the match, Reading fans described their teams performance as "something to be proud of" and a "terrific boost for what's left of the season."
It was Reading's first FA Cup semi final since 1927. They have never been in a final.
