60 firefighters from across the Thames Valley are dealing with a severe fire at industrial units outside of Watlington.

Firefighters from Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire are currently tackling the blaze and bringing it under control using water jets.

Acetylene, Propane and Oxygen cylinders stored within the buildings involved in fire are providing an additional hazard to the fire fighting crews.

Safety cordons and exclusion areas have been established, but the buildings are in a remote location and members of the public are not affected.

Thames Valley Police and South Central Ambulance Service are also in attendance.

Fire fighting crews are likely to be on scene throughout the remainder of the day controlling the fire.
