Tributes For Cyclist In M3 Crash

A Dad from Aldershot killed while cycling on the M3 through Hampshire as been described as "irreplaceable".

Simon Wagner, a 52-year-old accountant suffered serious injuries as pronounced dead at the scene near Fleet.

His family have said, ``Simon was the best husband anyone could wish for and an irreplaceable dad to his three children. A truly precious son, brother, and uncle.

``A chartered accountant, Simon had a warm and generous heart, loved life and made friends wherever he went.

``Simon touched so many lives and the news of his sudden and tragic death is a terrible shock for everyone who was lucky enough to have known him.''

Hampshire Police tell Heart ``Officers were called to the southbound carriageway of the M3 to reports of a collision involving a car and a pedal cyclist.

``The collision happened between junctions 4a and Fleet services at around 10.40pm on May 5.''
