Tributes To "Amazing" Jackie Pattenden
The son of a PA to a leading Broadmoor Hospital psychiatrist who was found stabbed has paid tribute to his ``amazing mother''.
Jackie Pattenden, 53, who worked for Dr Kevin Murray, a former clinical director at the mental health site who treated serial killer ``Yorkshire Ripper'' Peter Sutcliffe, died on Sunday at a house in Crowthorne.
A post-mortem examination found she died after being stabbed in the chest.
A 55-year-old man who was found at the home with stab wounds was arrested on suspicion of murder.
In a statement released by Thames Valley Police, her son, Phil Pattenden, said: ``It is with great sadness that Jackie, my mother was taken from us too soon.
``She was an amazing mother, sister, cousin, niece and friend; much loved by everyone she came into contact with for her kind, caring and chatty nature.''
