A severely disabled man is taking his legal battle over cuts to his care package to the Court of Appeal.
Two Arrested Outside Windsor Barracks
Two men have been arrested after "acting suspiciously'' outside a barracks.
Thames Valley Police sent officers to Victoria Barracks in Sheet Street, Windsor, at 9pm on Wednesday where the two suspects were detained.
A force spokesman said no-one had been injured and there was believed to be no "wider risk'' to the public.
He said: "Thames Valley Police officers are currently in attendance at Victoria Barracks in Windsor.
"Police were called shortly before 9pm this evening to an incident at the barracks on Sheet Street where two men were reported to have been acting suspiciously.
"Both men, in their 30s, have been arrested and are currently in police custody.
"There is not believed to be a wider risk to the public and the investigation is in its early stages. There have been no injuries.
"No further updates will be provided at this stage.''
