A severely disabled man is taking his legal battle over cuts to his care package to the Court of Appeal.

A cyclist's died after a crash in Oxford
The collision, which involved a bus and a cyclist, happened at around 2.35pm on Tuesday the A420 Botley Road.
Sadly, the 31-year-old woman died at the scene. Her next of kin have been informed.
Police Staff Investigator Julie Hunt of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, based at Bicester police station, said: “I would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of this incident , who witnessed it, or who has any information that could help with our investigation.
“If you have any information please contact me via the Thames Valley Police non-emergency number 101.
“If you don’t want to speak directly to police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111. No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.”
