Emergency Info for Torbay residents
Torbay Council released emergency telephone numbers as an IT problem is preventing communication.
These numbers are 01803 402950 or 01803 402977.
A spokesperson for the council has said these numbers are only to be used if we need to contact them in an emergency and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
