Possible Ebola Case Investigated
A person from Wales may have come into contact with the Ebola virus.
It's understood they have travelled from West Africa where 887 people have died in an outbreak.
Public Health Wales says the person is "currently staying away from work and limiting contact with other people voluntarily.
"The individual does not have symptoms of Ebola and there are no cases of Ebola in Wales".
It's thought the person lives in Cardiff and has been monitored for signs of the virus for the last week.
They will continue to be checked for the next 14 days.
The symptoms include a sudden fever, sickness and a headache.
As the virus develops - patients have problems with their kidneys and liver.
Experts say it can take anywhere between 2 days and 3 weeks for someone to be infected - and then go on to show symptoms.
There is no vaccine to protect against Ebola - and there's no cure.
