The End For The Valleys?
Campaigners say they're pleased to hear The Valleys may be leaving our screens.
After three series, there are reports the MTV reality show has been cancelled.
The Valleys Are Here campaign was set up in 2012 in response to the show which was described as stereotypical.
There were also concerns it painted Wales in a bad light.
Osian Williams is part of the group: "If you ask anyone in the valleys, it was set for failure from the start.
"Yes, they got away with the shock factor for a couple of seasons but, in the end, people got tired of the lies and the show was trying too hard, to be honest.
"It's good to see that the valleys community can move on after MTV tried to take over."
We've contacted MTV and we're still waiting to hear from them about the future of The Valleys.
