Event:  Hospice of St Francis Midnight Walk
Location:  Hemel Hempstead School, Hemel
Date: Saturday 29th June

The Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted has opened registrations for its seventh annual Midnight Walk. The Hospice is looking for women and men from across its catchment area to walk either the 5 or 11 mile route which starts at Hemel Hempstead school and ends in Berkhamsted. Anyone over the age of 11 can sign-up whether they want to celebrate the life of a loved one they’ve lost recently or for the chance to participate in a walking challenge with a group of friends to create long-lasting memories. It costs just £15 to register which includes a free pinkT-shirt, medal and breakfast snack at the end of the challenge although participants are asked to raise as much as they can for the Hospice by securing sponsorship from families and friends. Location:  Ashridge Management College
Date: Sunday 2nd June

Details:  The Hospice of St Francis' annual garden party. Take tea on the lawn, browse the stalls, walk round the gardens and enjoy the entertainment. There's loads for families and especially chidlren including a treasure hunt, face painting and Punch and Judy. Tickets £5 for adults, £4 from Hospice Love to Give shops. www.stfrancis.org.uk/gardenparty
