Biker Dies In Crash
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a fatal road traffic collision in Hemel Hempstead last night (May 4).
Police were called at 9.11pm to reports of a collision on the A4146 Leighton Buzzard Road at Water End involving a silver Kawasaki motorbike. The rider, who had been travelling towards Great Gaddesden, was taken to Watford General Hospital where he sadly died.
Inspector Matthew Thompson from the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Roads Policing Unit is investigating has been telling Heart:
"I am keen to hear from anyone who was travelling in either direction in the area at the time and either saw what happened or saw the vehicle prior to the accident to contact me with information."
Anyone with information is asked to call the Hertfordshire Constabulary non-emergency number on 0845 3300 222.
Pair took purses from shoppers in Watford, St Albans and Harpenden.
Men are less likely to talk than women with 54% of women having had a conversation compared to 37% of men.
