Elderly Man Treated After Rickmansworth Fire
An elderly man has survived a fire at his home in Rickmansworth.
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) was called to an address in Springwell Avenue at 11.59pm on 13th January.
An ambulance crew and a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle attended the scene to treat a man in his 90s who was suffering from smoke inhalation.
The patient was taken to Watford General Hospital for further treatment.
His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
