Network Rail To Be Investigated
A rail regulator's starting an investigation into the performance of Network Rail.
It's after a report's found reliability on routes like Thameslink, Southern and Scotland was "below requirements".
The Office of Road and Rail says trains are on time around 89.5% of the time - which is below the target.
It's also going to look at the overrrunning engineering work in London at Christmas, which caused severe disruption.
Arrests For Drug Driving In Herts
15 drivers have been arrested in Hertfordshire on suspicion of drug-driving since it was made illegal.
The new law came into force at the start of March and there's been at least 400 arrests a month across the country.
Magna Carta Events In St Albans
Events to celebrate the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta kick off in St Albans today.
An historic meeting, held in the city, eventually led to the articles that became Magna Carta, sealed at Runnymede in 12-15.
There'll be a three day medieval market, an exhibition at St Albans Abbey and street festivals all weekend with live music, punch and judy shows and giant carnival puppets.
