Pets stolen from Watford home
Police are investigating after three guinea pigs and a rabbit were stolen from someone's home in Watford.
Detectives are describing the theft as 'despicable' and 'heartless'. The pets were taken from a house in Judge Street between 8.30pm on Thursday 24 March and 8.30am on Friday 25 March.
The three guinea pigs, which are described as brown, black and white and black and brown, and a black and white rabbit were all taken from a hutch in the garden to the rear of the premises.
Amanda Sell from Hertfordshire Constabulary is investigating and said: "This was a despicable and heartless crime which has seen these four much loved pets taken from their home. I would encourage anyone who may have information, or who may have been offered these pets for sale, to get in touch with police immediately."
