A post mortem examination on the body of a woman who died in Great Wilbraham last week has concluded she died from asphyxiation.
Further tests and inquiries will now be carried out to provide clarity over the circumstances of her death.
Police were called to the sudden death in Frog End, Great Wilbraham, at about 6.30am on Friday (June 5).
A 53-year-old man from South Cambridgeshire, who was arrested in connection, remains on police bail until tomorrow.
The death of the woman, who is in her 50s, is now being treated as unexplained pending further tests and inquiries.
The case has been passed to the coroner.
