Justin Bieber's V Festival Performance In Staffordshire Needs 800 Gallons Of Water

Justin Bieber is set to make a splash with his performance at V Festival in Staffordshire.

The Love Yourself singer has requested 800 gallons of purified water - at 40 degrees - for his show at the music festival in Weston Park in August.

At some point during his set, the star will be soaked on stage.

The festival has said Bieber's production is one of the most challenging in the 21-year history of the event.

V takes place across two sites - in Hylands Park, Chelmsford, and Weston Park, Staffordshire.

Bieber, who is making his V debut, will headline the Virgin Media Stage in Hylands Park on August 20.

He will then take to the stage in Weston Park on August 21.

Rihanna is also on the bill for the first time in five years.

The Barbadian singer will headline the Virgin Media Stage in Weston Park on the Saturday, before closing the festival in Hylands Park on the Sunday.

Other acts among the line-up include the group Faithless, Australian songstress Sia, DJ David Guetta, American singer-songwriter Halsey, British indie rock favourites Bastille, garage star Craig David, Grammy winner Jess Glynne and Kaiser Chiefs.

V Festival will take place at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, and Weston Park, Staffordshire, over the weekend of August 19 to 21.
