West Midlands Counter Terror Police have been granted more time to question a man on suspicion of terror offences.
VIDEO: West Midlands Police Chase
A video's been released to Heart of a police chase involving a speeding driver who ignored red lights and took to the wrong side of the road.
The driver - Yassir Ali who's 29 - was jailed last month after admitting dangerous driving.
It happened back in February.
The police footage, filmed on a dashboard camera, shows traffic officers tracking the 29-year-old after he drove off in a silver BMW 1 Series.
The vehicle initially pulled over for a patrol car but Ali's passenger then attempted to obstruct the vehicle as he drove away at high speed.
Ali was eventually forced to a halt when the BMW became wedged between a bollard and a shop
Pc Neal Drew, from the central motorway policing group, said: ``Ali's actions that day were completely unacceptable and, by driving the way he did, he put innocent members of the public at risk.
"We take this kind of dangerous driving extremely seriously and that has been reflected in the lengthy sentence handed down by the courts.''
The 29 year-old was killed by flying debris in Wolverhampton
