Joel Richards will be remembered with a round of applause at 21 minutes, marking the fact that he would have turned 21 earlier this week.

Joel's brother Owen told Heart he is full of praise for what the club have done for them.

Joel's mum Suzy hopes the Saddlers will continue to work with @smileforjoel1 to keep his memory alive.
