Breakfast Blog: Monday Diet




Monday is typically the day we all strive to start that new diet fad. Ed's thinking of trying the 5:2 diet.

Apparently you starve yourself for 2 days and then eat whatever you like for the rest of the week! Ed's not much of a dieter, so we spoke to some of you about your diet tips and stories. Some worked out really well, one lady lost 9 stone in under a year! I Incredible!
