Onesie thief Swindon

Police in Swindon are appealing for information after a woman helped herself to items at a local Tesco Express store before walking out without paying.

The woman entered the store in Abbey Meads shortly before 8pm on Sunday 28 September and filled a basket with a selection of items before walking out and leaving in a silver Volkswagen Golf in the direction of Thamesdown Drive.

The woman is described as black, 5'4 tall, of thin build and aged in her late 20's - early 30's.

She was possibly wearing a spotty light coloured onesie.

The CCTV image shows a woman that officers would like to speak to in connection with this incident.

Anyone with any information or who recognises the woman pictured is asked to contact the Crime Management Unit (CMU) in Swindon 101.

Alternatively people can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously if they wish.
