Following the death of a 10 year old boy after he was misdiagnosed by paramedics, South Western Ambulance Service have made training videos with his parents to stop it happening again.
Calne: Fatal Crash Victim Named
A driver who sadly died in a collision on the A3102 at Mile Elm between Sandy Lane and Calne last Thursday, 13th March, has been named as 43 year old Tracey Michelle Rooke from Worton near Devizes.
Mother of three Tracey lived in Worton with her 18 year old daughter and 10 year old son. She had a third son, a 25 year old, who lives outside of the county.
Tracey died after the silver Ford Fiesta she was driving collided with a 7.5t Iveco goods vehicle at around 9:40am last Thursday morning.
Officers are continuing to appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision or have any information that they feel may assist in the enquiry to get in touch.
In particular, officers wish to speak to the driver of a van who had been travelling north and arrived at the scene after the collision but left prior to the arrival of the emergency services.
Anyone with any information is asked to please contact PC Jeff Rice from the Serious Collision Investigation Team (SCIT) on 101.
