E-Fit of Man Wanted in Cirencester

Police in Cirencester have released an image of the man they'd like to speak to in relation to an incident where a 12 year old schoolgirl was followed home.

On Thursday July 1 at approx 4.15pm, the girl was walking home from school along Cranhams Lane when she was approached by a man in a car.

The man asked the girl why she was walking alone and offered her a lift. The girl ignored him and continued on her journey. The man parked his vehicle on the opposite side of the road for a short while, remaining in the vehicle, before driving away. 

The man was described as being white, around 35-years-old, with short brown hair. He was wearing a black hooded top with ‘Adidas’ across the front. He was driving a small red hatchback.
