Gaming challenge for Wiltshire students

Students from Wiltshire college are taking on the challenge of designing a computer game in just 2 days.

It's part of the 'Global Game Jam,' in which they'll have to start from scratch on Friday night (27th Jan) and have the finished product by Sunday evening. (Jan 29th)

Thery'll be given a theme to work from on the Friday, but then just have 48 hours to work.

Students from the Extended Diploma in Games Development will be taking part at the Trowbridge campus. Programme Leader, Frazer McLeod said 'The students are looking forward to the opportunity to get involved in such a big event. It will be a great experience for them and they will be able to put into practice the skills they have learnt on the course.'
