Swindon self harm hot-spot

Swindon has been named as a hot-spot for the number of people who self harm.

That is according to a new NHS report which shows an 11 percent rise in hospital admissions across the country.

Self harm is where people deliberately hurt themselves as a way of dealing with a difficult situation.

PASH is a support group in Swindon working with indiviudals from 16 years old, directing people away from self-harm/injuring behaviour.
