Swindon: Renewed Appeal After Sexual Assault

Wiltshire Police have renewed an appeal about a sexual assault in Swindon.

It happened just after 11pm on Thursday 27th November 2014 around Lincoln Street in the town centre. 

A 34 year-old woman was attacked and sexually assaulted by a man, who ran off towards Euclid Street. 

The man is described as white, wearing a dark coloured long sleeved top and jeans. 

He was seen walking along Regent Circus in the direction of Groundwell Road. 

DC Adam Leakey said: "This was an extremely distressing incident for the victim and it is vitally important that we are able to find the person responsible and bring them to justice. 

"We would like to identify the man pictured in the CCTV footage. If you know him, please contact us as soon as possible. This man may have vital information to assist us with our enquiries."
