ADORE… What can't you live without? My wife and kids, of course!

BODY… What physical attribute would you most like to change? I’d give myself a six pack

CHILL OUT… What do you do to get away from it all? Head down to Brighton to visit my parents

DREAM… What was your last dream? It was actually a nightmare; a snake was attacking me and I woke up screaming!

EXCEL... What are you great at? Cooking homemade lasagne or chilli

FAMOUS… Who’s the most famous celeb you’ve met? Probably Sir Richard Branson

HOLIDAY… What’s your favourite destination? Florida – it has great theme parks, great weather and great food

IRRITATING… What’s your most annoying habit? Biting my fingernails

JOKER… Which presenter is the practical joker of the team? I don’t think we have one… famous last words!

KNOCK KNOCK… Your favourite joke? I am a big fan of Jimmy Carr jokes. Here’s one of his. “I grew up in Slough in the 1970s. If you want to know what Slough was like in the 1970s, go there now.”

LOVE LIFE… Are you attached or looking? Very much attached and married

MOVIES… Favourite film? Turner & Hooch. The whole family watched it recently and loved every minute of it

NEVER… What would you absolutely refuse to do? Parachute from a plane

OFF WORK… What do you do in your spare time? Zoom around trying to amuse my kids. We go swimming or cycling together, or go to feed the ducks at the park

PROUD MOMENTS… What are you most proud of? My son Josh (8) and daughter Erin (4)

QUITE ANNOYING… What habits irritate you in other people? People who don’t look at me when I am talking to them

REWIND… Where did you spend your childhood? Forest Hill in south east London until age 13, then we moved to Eastbourne on the Sussex Coast

SURPRISING… Tell us something about yourself that no one else knows. I still hold a Private Pilot’s Licence. I got it in 2001 but don’t fly anymore. I did get over 200 hrs in my flight log book though!

TEAM… Pick another presenter and describe him or her in three words. Producer Adrian is funny, quirky and eccentric (in a classic British way)

UPLIFTING… What instantly makes you happy? Dreaming of owning a lovely fast car

VOCAL… Who is your favourite artist? Cee Lo Green - I love his songs

WILTSHIRE… What’s your favourite place to visit? I adore visiting Lechlade in the summer, having a picnic by the Thames and playing in my dinghy

X-RAY… Any broken bones? Yes! When cycling to work in 1999, I looked up when I heard a plane, then cycled straight down a massive pot hole and broke my left elbow!

YOUNGER DAYS… What’s your earliest childhood memory? On hot days, my mum would fill a metal rubbish bin up with water and I would climb into it in our back garden
