Terms and Conditions

Adele In A Well on Heart Wiltshire, February 2012

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition (this must be hyperlinked) apply to ‘Adele In A Well’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Tuesday 14th February to Friday 17th February (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Wiltshire. 

1. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 01793 61 88 88 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
2. When the closing time for the phone lines has elapsed, the presenter/s will then randomly select three lines. The presenter/s will then ask the first random caller to identify the Adele song title. If the answer they give is deemed correct, they are the winner. If the answer is deemed incorrect, the second random caller is asked to identify the song title; if their answer is deemed incorrect, the third caller is asked the same question.
3. If the third caller is unsuccessful, the competition rolls forward to the following day.

Eligibility:

1. You must be 18 or over to be eligible to win (this DVD/CD carries a Parental Advisory sticker warning of "Explicit Language")
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

1. The prize is ONE Adele: Live At The Royal Albert Hall DVD/CD.
2. Winners will have their DVD/CD posted to them within 7 working days.
