Roger Wilyman was last seen leaving the Rhose Fynach Restaurant Bar in Rhos on Sea at 8.15pm on 18th May 2012 - he hasn't been seen since.
Concerned relatives raised the alarm late on Friday 18th after he failed to return home, his car was later found at Trearddur Bay, Anglesey.
Police joined lifeboat crews, coastguards, helicopter crews and specialist dog handlers to search the area but he was not found.
Mr Wilyman has greying brown hair and, at the time he disappeared, he was wearing a mid blue shirt with fine weave, dark blue chinos, green-brown sport jacket with a blue line running through it and brown lace up shoes.
