A week gone in missing Chester Woman case

It's been a week since a Chester woman went missing from a cruise off the coast of LA.

Rebecca Coriam from Guilden Sutton was reported missing at sea on Tuesday after she failed to report for a scheduled shift on the Disney Wonder. The ship was on a seven-day cruise along the western coast of Mexico.

Her parents Ann and Michael Coriam told America News Television KABC-TV:

'We just don't know what happened to her, do we? And that's just the worst. We've got to find out what happened,''

Miss Coriam's cousin, Trish Davies, said officials on board told the family that Miss Coriam, who had worked for the cruise line's youth services department since last summer, made a phone call from the ship shortly before being reported missing.

'They say they know what the conversation was but they're not telling us,''

Rebecca was a former student of Chester Catholic High School.

Headteacher John Murray spoke to Heart about her and hope she's found safe and well.
