Marsdens Devon Cottages is an independent family business which started in 1973. They've grown a lot since the early days of letting their first self-catering holiday cottages, but their promise to provide the very best service – as well as a fantastic range of great places to stay – hasn’t changed one bit. As every year goes by, their experience continues to grow.

Whether you’d like a stylish apartment in Croyde, a rural retreat in Exmoor National Park, a characterful cottage in Dartmouth or a townhouse in Ilfracombe for a weekend break, Marsdens Devon Cottages have it all. You can now choose anywhere from Lynton and Lynmouth in North Devon, to holiday cottages in South Devon locations such as Dartmoor, Torbay and South Devon.

They have lots of holiday cottages and apartments with sea views and easy access to the beach in top destinations such as Woolacombe and Putsborough, and every type of accommodation to suit everyone from couples to large families. They also offer lots of dog-friendly self-catering accommodation in great locations.
