Police have released CCTV pictures of an ATM raid in Hatherleigh.

Offenders used a forklift truck stolen from Bideford to ram the front of the NatWest building on Bridge Street in the early hours of Saturday 20th February.

They also used a blue Toyota 4x4 stolen from Crediton to remove the cash machine.

Police want more information about the incident, including any details people may have about the time between when the vehicles were stolen and when the raid happened.

Stolen 4x4

The red forklift had to travel from Bideford, and was taken on Thursday 18th February.  The blue 4x4 was stolen on that Thursday afternoon too, and police think both vehicles may have been parked up somewhere before they were used in the raid.

Anyone with any information's being asked to call 08452 777 444 quoting incident log 350 of 20th February, or calling Crimestoppers confidentially on 0800 555111.
