RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Roman Baths’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 12th February 2020 to Wednesday 26th February 2020 on Heart South West, Heart West Country & Heart Thames Valley (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 12th February 2020 and close at 23:59 on 26th February 2020.
4. Entrants will be required to answer a question and register their details for their chance to win.
5. One winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries.
6. The winner will be notified on their success via e-mail upon closing of the competition.
Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
9. One winner will receive the prize of a Roman Baths overnight stay package which includes:

A family ticket for entry to the Roman Baths - the family ticket is valid for 2 adults and up to 4 children. Children must be under 14 years old. Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult and children under 5 receive free entry. Pushchairs are not admitted on-site. Anyone accompanying a disabled visitor goes free

£150 spending money - this will be transferred to the winner via BACS from Global Radio Services. For this, the winner will need to provide their bank details
- An overnight stay at the Gainsborough Bath Spa hotel for 2 adults - no breakfast or additional packages are included- both party members must be age 18 or over
10. The family ticket and overnight stay parts of the prize both need to be used by 26th August 2020. No dates are excluded on either the hotel stay or the Roman Baths family ticket. These two prize elements do not need to be used together on the same date, the tickets and stay can be used individually.
11. The Roman Baths ticket will be sent to the winner directly via the Roman Baths through the post.
12. The hotel stay will be booked and arranged and sent to the winner via e-mail directly from Global.
13. Travel is not included.
14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
