Shoppers have managed to escape unhurt after a car crashed through a supermarket's glass windows.
It happened at an Iceland near Bedford's Bus Station just after 12noon on Sunday 27 March 2011. Police say they think the car hit other vehicles on Greenhill Street, and went through the window to avoid hitting pedestrians.
The driver - a man in his 80s - was unhurt, although suffered shock. He was the only person in the car.
No-one else was hurt either. Police are now trying to work out why the crash happened.
