Cambs: Travellers Face More Misery Today

Travellers heading to the station today are being told to expect delays of up to an hour due to a major signal problem at Norwich.

It's the second day in a row passengers have been delayed in the region. Yesterday, the Peterborough to East Midlands Parkway line was disrupted due to a derailed freight train at Barrow-on-Soar in Leicestershire (problems remain on the line at the scene today).

Today, passengers on Greater Anglia services from Cambridge, Waterbeach and Ely are being told to expect delays of up to 60 minutes due to signal problems at Norwich station.

East Coast passengers are also warned of disruption ahead on services to Norwich from Peterborough, Whittlesey, March, Manea and Ely.
