Police have released a CCTV image [pictured - right] of a man they want to speak to in connection with a fraud in Huntingdon.

A businessman's credit card was stolen during a meeting at a hotel in the town on September 29th.

Within hours, the card was used to take money out of branches of Halifax in Huntingdon, St Ives, Kettering, Corby, Market Harborough and Leicester.

Later, a further withdrawal was attempted at another branch in Leicester but a cashier challenged the activity and the offender left.

Officers now want to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV image above.

PC Steve Marshall, investigating, said: "I am keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or who recognises this man.

I would also appeal to the man himself to contact police as he may hold vital information to help the investigation."
