Below you can find out the results of the local elections in the Heart Cambridgeshire area.

Cambridge City Council:

No change. The Liberal Democrats remain in control with 25 seats, followed by Labour with 14, then the Green party with two and one independent.

Peterborough City Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 38 seats, followed by six independents, six Labour, three Liberal Party, three Liberal Democrats and one English Democrat.

East Cambridgeshire District Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 25 seats, followed by Liberal Democrats with 10 and independents with four.

Uttlesford District Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 34 seats, followed by the Liberal Democrats with eight and two independents.

South Holland District Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 25 seats, followed by independents with 12.

South Cambridgeshire District Council (19 out of 57 seats contested):

No change. Conservatives remain in control.

Of the 19 seats contested during this election, the Conservatives won 13, the Liberal Democrats four and independents two.

Fenland District Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 34 seats, followed by independents with four and Liberal Democrats with two.

Forest Heath District Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 23 seats, followed by two Liberal Democrats, one Labour and one independent.

North Hertfordshire District Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 12 seats, followed by Labour with two and the Liberal Democrats with two.

Huntingdonshire District Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 41 seats, followed by the Liberal Democrats with eight, UKIP with two and an independent with one.

South Holland District Council:

No change. Conservatives remain in control with 25 seats, followed by 12 independents.
