Mildenhall: Man Charged With Murder

A man has been charged with the murder of Paul Bone in Mildenhall.

Police were called by the ambulance service to a property in Pembroke Close at around 12:50am on Friday 20 December where Paul Bone, aged 40 years from Trinity Avenue, Mildenhall had received a stab wound.

Paramedics tended to Mr Bone but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
A post mortem was carried out on Friday afternoon and the cause of death was confirmed, Mr Bone died as a result of a stab wound.
 
Andrew Turner, aged 49 years from Pembroke Close, Mildenhall was arrested and has subsequently been charged with murder. He will remain in custody at the Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre and appear at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates' Court on Monday 23rd December.
 
A 45-year-old woman from Mildenhall who was also arrested on suspicion of murder remains in custody at the Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre.
 
A scene containment remains in place at the address in Pembroke Close, Mildenhall.
