Michelle Obama met American Military families at RAF Mildenhall on Sunday (29th July) before flying back to America.
Mrs Obama had been in the UK as part of the Presidential Delegations at the Olympic Games.
The visit was the final engagement for Mrs Obama on her tour of Britain, during which she backed Team USA, met the nation's Olympians at their training base in London and attended a sporting event for children at the US ambassador's residence.
After enjoying a ring-side seat at the opening ceremony and attending a reception for heads of state at Buckingham Palace, she cheered on US athletes at events. She told the athletes that they were an inspiration, adding: ``We are proud of you all, we really are. You have got a country back home who is rooting for you every single second, so you have already won.''
