A man has been jailed for drug offenses in Peterborough.
Officers saw Aleksej Korzov, 26, doing a deal while patrolling in Lincoln Road on September 3.
The officers, who were in plain clothes, tried to stop and search him, but he attempted to cycle off.
He was stopped and searched and 15 wraps of heroin were found in his waist band.
He was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs.
A search was carried out at his home in Burmer Road and mobile phones were recovered.
He denied the charge, but after a two-day trial at Peterborough Crown Court he was found guilty and sentenced to three years on Friday (March 14).
