Mr Cake

On today's show, Kev & Ros talk to Mr Cake, an ex-border force employee, with a very special letter of resignation.

Chris Holmes is leaving his job to build up his burgeoning cake business.

And he came up with this wonderful way to quit his job - he iced his resignation letter into a cake.

The cake read:

To The Management, Border Force, Stansted: Today is my 31st birthday and having recently become a father I know realize how precious life is and how important it is to spend time doing something that makes me, and other people, happy.

For that reasons, I hearby give notice of my resignation, in order that I may devote my time and energy to my family, and to my cake business, which has grown steadily over the past few years.
