A47 Incidents Keep Police Busy

It's been a busy day for Peterborough police on the A47...
Officers from Cambridgeshire Police say they've arrested three men and have been holding the group; following police action along the Fulbridge Road stretch earlier this afternoon.
Also, at 1.15pm this afternoon; armed police stopped a black Vauxhall Astra at Guyhirn.
The force told Heart it's after suspicion the vehicle had been stolen.
The Astra had pinged-up on ANPR - number-plate recognition cameras.
For time this afternoon westbound traffic along the Soke Parkway had been held back whilst police investitated a vehicle and its occupants.
