Cambourne Transport System Pod Style

We now know a little more about the new public transport plans to better connect Cambridge with Cambourne.
It was thought it might be a guided-busway like the rest of the existing network but now authorities say it's going to be a some form of electric people-carrier described as a rubber-tyred, electric powered vehicle.
An outline business case will be presented to the Greater Cambridge Partnership later on next year.
The picture here is of a pod-style vehicle, similar to that description which was tested near Cambridge last October.
