He's written to Chris Grayling highlighting the problems faced by commuters; some of whom have paid just under £5,000 for a season ticket.
Cambridge MP Daniel Zeichner has written to the Transport Secretary about the problems on Great Northern trains.
He says some commuters are paying just under £5,000 for an 'unacceptable' service with too many delays and cancellations.
"The terrible rail service from Cambridge – London is currently completely unacceptable. I have written to the Transport Secretary, Chris Grayling, for some answers," he said.
"The transport select committee, which I am a member, will continue to interrogate those involved in the fiasco to make sure there is no repeat in future."
Mr Zeichner says it's affecting people's work life and eating into time with their families.
