Police have released a video of a cyclist who got stuck between the barriers on a level crossing in Chesterton, because he ignored the warning lights.
In the footage, the man is seen lifting his bike over the barrier before jumping over it himself.
A safety mechanism in the barrier caused it to rise off the ground again, lifting the bike off the ground.
The man was unhurt after the incident earlier this month. He received a caution from police.
A spokesman for British Transport Police said: "This incident at Chesterton Junction highlights the dangers of ignoring flashing lights at level crossings.
"While the cyclist was not injured, he endangered his safety and that of others with his behaviour.
"BTP officers carry out regular patrols at crossings to ensure they are being used correctly. We will not hesitate to take action against anyone deliberately misusing crossings."
